The medical information here is educational, not diagnostic
This website publishes detailed treatment pages and articles. They are written to help you understand your options and ask better questions. They are not medical advice, and they are not about you.
No page can know your history, your medication, or what an examination would find. Two people whose problem reads identically in writing can need entirely different treatment — and establishing which one you are is what a consultation does and what a web page cannot.
Reading this site, or contacting us through it, does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That begins at an assessment in the clinic.
Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here, and do not stop medication you have been prescribed on the basis of it.
In an emergency
This website is not a route for emergencies. Form submissions and WhatsApp messages are not monitored around the clock. If you have an emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, a serious injury, bleeding that will not stop, or anything you are worried may be serious — call 998 for an ambulance in the UAE or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not message us and wait for a reply.
Results vary between people
Anything this site says about the outcome of a treatment, how long it lasts, or how many sessions are typical describes what is usual. It is not a promise of what will happen for you. Outcomes vary with the condition, age, lifestyle, how closely aftercare is followed, and factors nobody can predict.
Where our pages cite studies or references, those are evidence of what a treatment does in the groups studied. They are not a guarantee of your result.
Booking and appointments
The appointment form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. It opens a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself, and your appointment exists only once our team has confirmed it with you.
This site does not publish prices. The cost of any treatment is discussed at the clinic after an assessment, because what you actually need is not known before one.
Any mention of insurance on this site means we work with those insurers — not that your particular treatment is covered. Coverage depends on your policy, and we will help you check it before your appointment. Insurance details.

- Attempt to access parts of it that are not public, or interfere with its operation
- Impersonate someone else when contacting us
